These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Kurnia898 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atkurnia898.cam (the "Website" or "Platform").

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Kurnia898 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Immediately notifying Kurnia898 if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

Kurnia898 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purportedly from Kurnia898 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling commitments, Kurnia898 requires all players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before processing withdrawal requests.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or driving licence.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.
• Kurnia898 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• The Company bears no responsibility for delays caused by payment provider systems or banking processing schedules.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Successful completion of KYC identity verification (Section 5) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the verified name of the Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied, or active bonus funds forfeited, before a withdrawal request will be processed.

• Kurnia898 targets the following indicative processing times, though actual times may vary: e-walets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers — typically 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers — typically 15–60 minutes.

Kurnia898 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of this Agreement. In such circumstances, the matter will be investigated and the Player will be notified in writing where practicable.

Kurnia898 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general bonus terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before the bonus amount (or winings derived from it) may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) is stated on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum single bet limit applies — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or event. Exceding this limit voids the bonus.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement clearance. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. The applicable rates are published on the promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that remain unclaimed or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated window (7, 14, or 30 days, as applicable) will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the total amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winings, regardless of the amount won. This cap is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, or per shared IP address.

Kurnia898 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus terms already accepted by players who have commenced wagering activity.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the Kurnia898 Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet placed in error cannot be reversed except where Kurnia898, at its sole discretion, determines an error occurred on the Platform's part.
• Kurnia898 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the odds were published in error, where match-fixing or event manipulation is suspected, or where the integrity of a sporting event is compromised.
• In the event of a disputed result or incomplete event, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in our Help Centre, which are incorporated into this Agreement.
• Kurnia898 operates live betting markets on selected events. Live betting odds change rapidly; once a bet is confirmed at specific price, that price stands regardless of subsequent market movement.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, market, and player account. These limits may be varied at Kurnia898's sole discretion based on account history and risk management considerations.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP percentages represent long-term theoretical returns under normal operating conditions.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kurnia898 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referal to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening multiple accounts, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Coluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or event, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated live betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform.
• Money laundering, using the Platform to process illicit funds, or making deposits in excess of your demonstrated financial means.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using payment methods not registered in your verified name.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at Kurnia898 staff or other players via any support channel.

Kurnia898 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Failure to meet or maintain account eligibility criteria (Section 3).
• Activation of a player-requested self-exclusion measure.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, Kurnia898 may retain any balance in the Account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, Kurnia898 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance. In all other closure scenarios, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any outstanding investigation.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure does not prejudice any withdrawal rights in respect of verified real-money balances.

• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to bonus forfeiture resulting from exceding maximum bet limits.
• Any reliance you place on the accuracy or completeness of odds, statistical data, or sporting event information displayed on the Platform, which is provided for indicative purposes only.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Kurnia898 to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims exceed the balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in this Agreement limits Kurnia898's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by Kurnia898 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Kurnia898 collects personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, and the improvement of our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties. All is held securely in accordance with industry-standard practices.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our support team via the details in Section 17.

Kurnia898 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revision will be updated in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Kurnia898 holds its operating licence (Curacao jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful within thirty (30) calendar days of written notice of the dispute, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other provisional relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
